Bibimbap is a Korean rice bowl filled with colorful vegetables, lean protein, and a fried egg, served with a mild gochujang sauce. It offers a balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein, fiber, and essential vitamins, making it both tasty and nutritious for growing kids.
Prepare the vegetables: Lightly stir-fry the carrot, zucchini, and spinach separately in a pan with a little sesame oil and salt. Set aside.
Cook the beef: In a pan, saute the ground beef with minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until fully cooked.
Fry the egg: Fry an egg sunny-side up. You can cook it fully for toddlers.
Assemble the bowl: Place rice in a bowl and arrange the cooked vegetables and beef on top.
Finish with an egg and sauce: Top with the fried egg. Add a spoon of gochujang if preferred. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
